If you're buying a snowboard, it's important to choose one that matches your riding style. Do you prefer the piste, the park, powder or a combination? Choosing the right snowboard length

The correct snowboard length depends on your riding style, experience, weight, height and gender. Of course your personal preference also plays an important role. In the table below we provide guidelines on the right snowboard length for a male all-mountain snowboarder. Under the table we indicate how many centimeters you should roughly deviate from the table depending on your riding style, level and gender.

When do you choose a wide snowboard?

Wide snowboards have a waist that is half to one-and-a-half centimeters wider. These boards are specifically for riders with a larger boot size (from 28.5 to 29 Mondopoint).

Women’s vs men’s snowboards

It varies by brand whether there is a distinction between a women's or men's snowboard. Often the difference is in the design and sometimes women's boards are a little narrower and/or have a lower flex.
