What is a second-choice ski?

Second-choice skis are new skis with cosmetic defects and/or minor production faults, or used demo skis for testing purposes. We distinguish four categories: B-grade, C-grade, pre-drilled and demo.

B-grade skis

B-grade skis are new skis with cosmetic defects and/or minor production faults. All defects are cosmetic and therefore superficial. The skis are technically 100% OK.

C-grade skis

C-grade skis have transport damage, scratches or other small defects. The skis may require some attention, but come with a full warranty.

Pre-drilled skis

These are new skis with holes drilled for a ski binding. We fill the holes professionally so the ski can be mounted without problems with a new binding of your choice.

Demo skis

Demo skis have been used by the Snowcountry team for testing. They are used, but in good condition and well maintained.
