Women's shell pants

Shell pants are a protective outer layer that provides optimal protection against wind, rain and snow. These pants have no to limited insulation, allowing you to decide how much insulating warmth you add yourself. Are you going to buy a women's shell pants? Then it's good to know that we offer both 2-layer (2L) and 3-layer (3L) pants.

3L hardshell pants

3-layer hardshell pants are fully wind- and waterproof and have a high breathability. This means you are excellently protected against the elements and the material continues to ventilate well so moisture can be expelled. A hardshell has no insulation, which makes the pants usable all year round. 

2L shell pants

Unlike 3-layer pants, 2-layer shell pants have a separate mesh lining for extra comfort against the skin. This lining is attached to the outer layer and is not removable.

Softshell pants

Softshell pants are ideal when you want lots of freedom of movement and wearing comfort. They are soft, breathable and very suitable for active outings such as climbing, hiking or ski touring in dry conditions. Keep in mind that softshell pants are usually water-repellent, but not fully waterproof. For women who prefer lightweight and flexible outdoor pants, this is an excellent choice.

Insulated pants
