    - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
  • If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break.   • If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
  • There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

Quick overview

To protect the surface of your board it is important to take care of it whenever necessary with the provided Sandy Shapes Beauty Care Treatment Kit. The kit can be used for the periodic surface maintenance, to repair scratches and to “feed” the wood, through the sanding pad and the treatment.

Details

HOW TO USE:

1 Lightly smooth the wooden surface with the sanding pad, focusing more on areas where there may be scratches and dirt. We suggest to periodically remove the binding to apply the treatment even in the areas below.

2  Accurately remove the dust and clean up the board, which must be smooth and dry before applying the treatment.

3  Pour some treatment on the provided cloth and spread it out, oiling the whole surface. Don’t use too much: the wood has to absorb the treatment and the surface should not remain greasy.

4  Let your snowboard rest in a dry and ventilated area for 12 to 24 hours.
You are now ready to shred again!
