Snowcountry stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear. Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If you odered the wrong size or your product isn't exactly what you expected? No problem! You can send your product back and we'll refund your order. To make the returns process run smoothy, we advise you to follow the steps mentioned on this page.


We don’t believe in exchanging items, please place a new order or simply return the product and obtain your refund.


Snowcountry has a 15-day returns policy. In this time you can try the product(s) on to see if it meets your expectations. If your not satisfied let us know within the 15 day period. After letting us know you want to return the good(s) you have 15 more days to get the product(s) back to us. Please note, real (outside) usage of the product will void your return rights. Only products in a new (sellable) state with an intact product-packaging can be returned. If you have any doubts or questions about this, feel free to contact us.

Packing your product

We advise you to use the packaging we used to send the product to you. Please make sure all 'old' shipment stickers are removed to prevent confusion at the parcel service. Please include a note with your request (refund or different product) in the package so our warehouse can handle your request smoothly.
