Next business day delivery can not be guaranteed to ‘remote’ locations like rural areas, ski resorts and islands. For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

The Ortovox DRY backpacks are particularly environmentally friendly because they require no DWR coating and are thus PFC-free. The Full Contact Light back system with stabilizer provides a comfortable fit and great control even with a heavier load, while the hip belt optimally distributes the weight. For those who wish to reduce weight: the hip belt, ice axe holder and lid compartment can be removed. By removing these items you will save approximately 300 grams.

Ortovox S backpacks have a shorter back system designed especially for women and men with shorter backs. The hip and shoulder straps have also been adapted to the female anatomy: the shoulder straps are thinner, shorter and have a pronounced S-shape. The hip fins are shorter and conical. The short back system may be used for a back length from 36 cm to 44 cm.
