Pickup point. Packages up to 170 cm can be delivered to a parcel point.
Express shipment. - UPS Express guarantees next business day delivery to all major EU cities. Orders must be placed on business days before 16:00 CE(S)T and delivery only takes place on business days. Next business day delivery can not be guaranteed to ‘remote’ locations like rural areas, ski resorts and islands. For a precise delivery time indication, you can use the UPS Calculator on the UPS website. - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

With a great warmth-to-weight ratio (150 grams of down distributed on 382 grams in total in size L), this down jacket is our lightest down with a hood and will keep the backpack’s weight down and can easily be compressed into a packable pocket.The jacket is made of light weight, down proof recycled polyster 29g/m2 and has RDS 2.0 850 FP down fill. The jacket's features include a hood with one-hand adjustment with room for a helmet, an outer chest pocket, hem tightening and powerstretch cuffs.
Our down products use the highest available down quality that we can find, which is a by-product of the food industry (in contrast to being killed just for insulation). All treatment of the birds complies with European standards, and the highly specialized washing of the down passes the Oeko-Tex 100 standards. Our down850™ means down fill power from 850 to 900 cu in/oz with the percentage of down cluster from 93–96%. CSR goal RDS certification
