  • For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
  • If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break.   • If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
  • There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

Built with backcountry durability and all-day comfort in mind, the Far Out uses our ergonomic Sender™ ankle strap, a tried and true puck mount system, and our Perfect Fit™ 2.0 toe strap to give you the perfect blend of luxury and efficiency for the long haul.

PERFORMANCE

The Far Out is a mid-stiff binding. The focus of the binding is not necessarily on performance or weight, but on comfort. Like most splitboard bindings, the chassis is all aluminum. This feels a lot stiffer and more direct than the standard snowboard binding, but is necessary to give a splitboard stability and strength.

COMFORT

This is where the K2 Far Out excels. The Sender Ankelstraps and the Perfect Fit 2.0 Toe strap are 2 parts that are a real improvement on the original Voile Speed Rail splitboard binding. The softer Dypont Zytel highback ensures a comfortable hike without sacrificing too much response on the descent.

USE

The K2 Far Out is the proprietary version of the Voile Speed Rail splitboard binding. This means that all mounting properties of Voile apply to this binding. The binding does not include the ride interface, for which you can purchase Spark R&D pucks or Voile pucks. The Far Out does include the touring interface, which consists of the touring brackets and heel-risers. The binding is easy to mount on all types of splitboards including channel splitboards.
