  • Stock Status
    All products that you can order on our website are in stock. Exceptions to this are pre-order products. If it is a pre-order product, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
  • International Orders
    • We ship all over the world.
    • You will see the shipping costs at checkout before you complete your order.
    • The delivery time to your country can be found on the website of UPS: UPS Calculator (ship from address: Amersfoort - 3824 - Netherlands).
    • If you are ordering from outside the EU, you will not pay VAT in our online store.

    For orders from outside the EU, CH and NO keep in mind:

    • Shipping costs will be shown at checkout after you have selected the delivery country.
    • You can find the delivery time to your country on the UPS website: UPS Calculator (ship from address: Amersfoort - 3824 - Netherlands). You can find an indication of the delivery times on our shipping page
    • You will not pay the 21% Dutch VAT.
    • VAT, import costs and handling costs can be charged on delivery. How much this is depends on the rules of your country, so check to avoid unexpected costs. We are not responsible for these costs and cannot reimburse them under any circumstances. Read more about VAT.
    • Returns, even in case of a warranty request, are at your own expense.
    • When you return an item we don't refund the original (express) shipping costs.
    • Airbag cylinders and products with airbag cylinders cannot be shipped outside of Europe.
  • Pre-Order
    Products with the Pre-Order status are not yet available, but you can already order and reserve them. This way you can be sure that you will receive the latest model and be one of the first to get it. The expected delivery date is shown on the product page. We try to make this date as precise as possible, but we cannot always guarantee it.
  • Buying from the USA
    Important Notice for U.S. Customers

    Update August 2025: Tariffs and duties are applied on all orders entering the US on or after August 29. These costs will be charged to you by the carrier and are not included in our prices.

    The $800 De Minimis/Tax-Free threshold ended on August 29, 2025.

    Please be aware that customs regulations are currently subject to change. We strongly recommend that you stay informed about the latest requirements and policies before placing your order. Additionally, please note that import clearance may take longer than usual due to these evolving regulations.     Import & Tax Information for US Customers

    In short: From August 29, 2025, every order entering the US will be subject to import costs and a small brokerage fee. UPS/DHL handles the process, but you must pay these charges to receive your order. These costs are not included in our product price or shipping price.

    When you order from us, your products are shipped from the Netherlands (EU) to the US. This means you are the Importer of Record. Delivery is a shared responsibility between you and us:

    • We ship your order quickly and with the correct paperwork.
    • You are responsible for paying tax, import costs and the brokerage fee charged by UPS or DHL.
    • You are responsible for assuring that the goods comply with a variety of both state and federal government import regulations.
    • You must make sure you can receive the delivery. If you cannot accept it, you’ll need to arrange alternatives directly with the shipping company.

    Don’t worry, UPS or DHL will fully handle the import process for you. You won’t need to fill out any forms. The import process begins as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.


    Important Change: US Import Rules from August 29, 2025

    On August 29, 2025, the $800 De minimis/Tax-Free rule ended. From that date onward:

    • All orders will be subject to import duties and tariffs.
    • UPS/DHL will charge a brokerage fee of $10–$20 for handling the import.

    How Import Duties Are Calculated

    • The duty tariff is based on the country the goods are manufactured in and not where it is shipped from.
    • Products made in the EU (such as most skis and ski bindings): import duty is 15%.
    • Products made outside the EU: duty rates and tariff rates vary depending on product type (HTS code), Country of Origin and relevant trade agreements.

    What to Expect

    • Once your order is shipped, import duties and brokerage fees become due. At that stage, the order cannot be cancelled or refused without major cost and delays.
    • To avoid delays, please pay all import charges online via the UPS/DHL tracking link you’ll receive after shipment.
    • If you refuse delivery or do not pick up your order, it will not automatically return to us. Fees and duties will still apply. If unpaid, UPS/DHL may destroy the goods, if that happens, we cannot recover or refund your order.
    • If you return an order we cannot refund the tax and import costs.
    • If you return an order it might be possible to reclaim the import duties from the CBP. Customs has a program called Duty Drawback that may refund most of the import duties if the item is unused and returned. But you’ll need to file paperwork with Customs and it's a complicated and time consuming process. Unfortunately we are not able to assist you with this. Learn more here: CBP Duty Drawback Program

    Tax Clarifications

    • You do not pay Dutch VAT (21%). When the US is selected as delivery country all prices will be shown excluding VAT.
    • You are responsible for all sales tax, use tax, import duties, tariffs and brokerage fees.
    • Sales tax and Use tax rate depends on the state you live in.
    • Sales tax and Use tax are not collected  by us or the carrier. It is your resposibility to self-report (or not report) these taxes. Check your state's regulations if and how you need to report this.
    • We cannot reimburse these tax and import costs under any circumstances.

     

    More information

    • Shipping costs will be shown at checkout after you have selected the correct delivery country. Cost depends on the products ordered and range from €49 for small packages to €99 ex. VAT for large packages like skis and snowboards.
    • Average delivery time is 2-4 business days, depending on the address. The exact delivery time to your address can be found on the UPS website: UPS Calculator (Use as ship from address: Amersfoort - 3824 - Netherlands). After the supension of the De Minimis rule on August 29, 2025, import clearance may take longer than usual for the first couple of weeks/months.
    • If you order skis with bindings, we will not be able to mount them for you. The skis and bindings are sent to you unmounted.
    • Signature for delivery is required so no unsigned drop-offs at the door or porch.
    • Returns, even in case of a warranty request, are at your own expense. Please make sure we won't be charged import charges upon delivery.
    • When you return an item we don't refund the original (express) shipping costs and import costs.
    • You can pay in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($). If you choose to pay in Euros the final price you pay in USD depends on the exchange rate your credit card company or PayPal charges at the time of your order. Make sure to select your prefered delivery country and currency to see the correct prices.
    • We cannot ship airbags and airbag cylinders to the US.
    • We can not sell and ship the following brands to North America: Salomon, Atomic, Osprey, Stöckli, Majesty, Capita, Union, Blizzard, Nordica, Tecnica, Burton, Anon, Clew and Arc'Teryx

    The example calculations are based on import rules that went into effect on August 29, 2025. Orders that entered the US before August 29 have a tax-free limit up to $800.

    Ordering from the UK after Brexit and leaving the Customs Union

    Orders to most of the UK will be delivered in 2 to 4 working days. The shipping costs depend on the type of package and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

    • If you're ordering from us you'll be importing goods from the EU into the UK, this means you're the Importer of Record. A correct, and in time, delivery is a shared responsibility between you and us. We'll make sure we ship the items in a timely manner with the correct paper work. You, as the Importer of Record, are responsible for the VAT/Import duties and to be able to receive the order. If you can't take delivery you'll need to arrange alternative delivery options with the shipping company (UPS or DHL). Don't worry, the importing procedure is fully handled by UPS/DHL, so you don't need to do any paper work, but be aware that import fees and VAT need to be payed once your order leaves our warehouse.
    • UPS/DHL will charge you the 20% UK VAT plus £14,- brokerage fee plus import duties when applicable.
    • For some products you will be charged import duties varying from 0% to 15%. We can not tell you these costs in advance as this depends on a combination of product type and origin (production) country. Example: most skis are produced in the EU and have no import tariffs but most clothing is produced outside the EU and incurs a 12% import tariff.
    • Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, VAT and import duties will be due. The shipment can not be cancelled or refused without significant costs and delays.
    • To expedite delivery please pay all duties online at the UPS/DHL tracking link provided after shipping.
    • Refusing the delivery or not picking up your order does not automatically return the order to us. VAT and import duties will also not be voided. If duties and VAT are not payed there is a risk that the goods will be destroyed. If that is the case we won't be able to help you or refund you.
    • Shipping costs ex. VAT will be shown at checkout after you have selected the UK as delivery country.
    • Delivery time to most of the UK is 2-4 business days. The exact delivery time to your location can be found on the UPS website: UPS Calculator (Use as ship from address: Amersfoort - 3824 - Netherlands).
    • You will not pay the 21% Dutch VAT, you will order excluding VAT in our store.
    • You are responsible for any VAT and customs costs. Under no circumstances can we reimburse them.
    • Returns are at your own expense, except in case of an authorized warranty return shipment. Please make sure we won't be charged import charges upon delivery.
    • If you're exporting your goods from a EU country to the UK yourself we can refund you the VAT. Please read how to do this here.

    After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes. This order confirmation contains all products ordered by you, including any free gifts/products. Always check the confirmation carefully and if something is not correct, please contact us as soon as possible.
    You will receive the shipping confirmation on the day of shipment in the course of the evening.

    If you want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change your order after shipment.

  • Ordering skis with bindings

    Selecting and adding a binding
    If you order skis together with ski bindings, you benefit from an extra competitive set price. First choose the ski you want and then click the:


    We will then display 3 recommended bindings based on the ski you have chosen. You can of course choose a different binding in the Alpine, Tour or Tech/Pin categories.

    Free binding mounting
    If you buy skis with ski bindings, installation is free of charge. In order to mount the bindings on the skis, all we need is your ski boot size in millimetres. The plastic on the side of the heel of your ski boot shows the millimetre size. You can pass this millimetre size on to us via the Comments field above the order button at checkout.

    If you don't have the boot size at hand, you can still order. We'll send you an e-mail asking for your boot size. You can answer this question at your convenience.

    Another option is to pass on the Mondopoint size of your ski boot. In that case we'll always need to know the brand and model of the ski boot. Then we can look up the millimetre size. You can leave this information in the comments field or you can e-mail it to us with your order number.

    Special mounting instructions
    We mount all our skis as standard at the recommended mounting point. If you want to deviate from this, please indicate this in the comments field. If you would like further advice regarding ski mounting, please contact our customer service.

    Adjustment and DIN

    Caution! If you buy a ski from us and we mount the bindings, it will be mounted on the sole length of your boot (we only assemble based on the information you have provided). The ski is not adjusted to individual needs and ski boot as we do not have your ski boot to allow fine tuning. Visual inspection of the boot is also not possible. This means that the ski is not ready to use. We recommend that the binding be adjusted in a local ski shop. Of course you can also do the fine tuning yourself. We are not responsible for the correct adjustment of your bindings.

    Ski bindings and the United States and Canada

    If you order skis and bindings from the U.S. or Canada, we will not be able to mount the bindings for you due to liability. Of course you can still order these products, they will just be delivered unmounted.

  • Ordering a snowboard with bindings

  • Problems during ordering

    The first order attempt failed and now the product is out of stock.
    The moment you start the payment process, the product is reserved for you. If payment is cancelled, the stock may not be released immediately for re-ordering. If this happens and the product is not available for order after 5 minutes, please contact our customer service department.

  • Advice

    If you have questions about a product or if you're having trouble making a choice, we will be happy to help you and give you advice. We all have experience with freeriding, snowboarding and/or touring and use many of the products we sell. Do not hesitate to contact us via [email protected] or call us.

  • Business Orders

    We offer the option of placing business orders for companies outside the Netherlands. As a non-Dutch business customer, you can order without VAT based on 'intra-community supply'. To do so, follow the steps below:

    1. Create an account on our website with your business e-mail address (so no Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, etc.)
    2. Send an email to [email protected] containing the email address registered to your account, your company name and VAT number
    3. We will check the information and adjust your account to the 0% VAT rate
    4. After confirmation from us you can order in our online store and the VAT at checkout will not be charged.


    Dutch companies can, of course, simply order from us and then reclaim the VAT via the Tax and Customs Administration.
