My Account

  • Create an Account

    Via the following link you can create a Snowcountry account: Create Account 

    You can also create an account with your first order by checking the box in the checkout at "Create an account for your next visit".

    You don’t need to create an account to order. However, with an account you will be able to view your order history and change your newsletter preferences. Your data will be stored and re-used for subsequent orders, which makes the check-out fast and easy.

  • Forgot your Password?

    If you forgot your password, you can have it reset through the following link: Password Reset 
    You will then receive a password recovery e-mail within minutes at the e-mail address provided, if known to us.

  • Change Password

    Log in to your account and go to Account Information. Click on "Change password" and enter your old and new password.

  • Manage billing and delivery address

    Log in to your account and go to Address Book. You can add new addresses here or change your existing billing and/or delivery address. The change does not affect outstanding orders. If you would like to change the address of an order you've already placed, please contact our customer service department prior to shipment.

  • Newsletter signup and unsubscribe

    You can manage your newsletter registration in 2 ways:

    1. Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard. Under the heading Newsletters you can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter.
    2. At the bottom of each newsletter there is a link with which you can change your details and a link with which you can unsubscribe.
  • Order History

    Log in to your account and go to Orders. Here you will find all orders placed with your account.

  • Delete Account

    If you want to delete all your data, please send an e-mail to helpdesk@snowcountry.eu
