    These last few weeks have been completely unprecedented. We have been working hard to make the right decisions under difficult circumstances, and we hope that we have so far got this right. As the situation has continued to develop faster than anyone could anticipate, we have constantly re-evaluated what this should mean for Snowcountry
    We’re sorry for the inconvenience and hope that you can bear with us during this difficult time. If you need us, we’re still open at Snowcountry.eu and most orders get delivered according to the regular schedule.

    Availability of products

    All products which are available for order are in stock and available immediately.

    Delivery times

    The delivery time indication on our website is still valid for most addresses. If you order before 16:00 we will ship the same day and your order will be delivered according to schedule to most areas. Given the current situation some delays may occure, especially in quarantined areas. For the standard delivery times please check our delivery times overview.

    There are regions within countries where parcel delivery may not be posible due to closure of shops or businesses, or restrictions in various postcodes. Please verify at the UPS status page if your region is affected:

    We've temporarily suspended delivery to pickup-points as most pickup points are closed.

    Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30
    Opening times

    Returning your product

    We temporarily extended our return period to 60 days for orders placed between March 1 and May 31. If you're unable to return your product due to quarantine rules and/or closed shops you can return it at a later date (up until 60 days after receiving). Make sure you still indicate that you want to return your product within 15 days of receiving the product. You can do this by e-mail or by applying for a return label (for eligible free-return countries).
    When you can still use our UPS or DPD return label please check in advance whether the dropoff point is open. You have the best chance at supermarkets and petrol stations.

    Showroom

    Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we had to make the decision to close our showroom immediately. We regret having to take this measure, but the health of you and our staff is paramount.
