    - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
  • If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. Are you in a hurry? Please contact us!
  • If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
  • There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

Engineered for touring, the Black Diamond Carbon Compactor features resilient carbon fiber construction and our highly-compactible Z-Pole technology. The Compactor's speed cone deployment, which allows it to deploy in a matter of seconds, has been upgraded with improved connections for durability and ease of use. Its small folded size makes it ideal for touring, splitboarding, snowshoeing and airline travel to distant winter destinations.
