Pickup point. Packages up to 170 cm can be delivered to a parcel point.
Express shipment. - UPS Express guarantees next business day delivery to all major EU cities. Orders must be placed on business days before 16:00 CE(S)T and delivery only takes place on business days. Next business day delivery can not be guaranteed to ‘remote’ locations like rural areas, ski resorts and islands. For a precise delivery time indication, you can use the UPS Calculator on the UPS website. - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

Snowcountry Second Choice Snowboards
We sell second-chance snowboards in 3 categories. All snowboards are sold with their regular product warranty. For any questions regarding a specific second-chance product, please contact our customer service.
B-Grade B-Grade snowboards can contain cosmetic defects and small production discrepancies. All of these defects are cosmetic, and the snowboards are new and in perfect working order on a technical level.
C-Grade C-Grade snowboards have transport damage, scratches on the base or top sheet, or other small defects. These snowboards are new but might need some attention.
Demo Demo snowboards have been used by our team for testing purposes. They are in good condition and well serviced.
PROFILE
CamRock A hybrid profile with camber between the feet and rocker toward the tip and tail, giving the board pop, edge hold and a looser feel where it needs to release.

REINFORCEMENTS
Biax A snowboard often has two layers of fiberglass. A bottom and top layer. Both layers in this board are made of 2-dimensional fiberglass at an angle of 90 degrees. 2-dimensional fiberglass gives a slight torsional stiffness while maintaining comfort and a playful character.
Freestyle L Fiber Construction This construction uses a lightweight fiberglass layout designed to enhance torsional flex and maintain a playful, forgiving feel. It offers the perfect balance of control and freedom, ideal for freestyle riders who want smooth presses, stable landings, and easy turn initiation without sacrificing strength.
BASE
Sintered True Base A proper sintered base built for speed, wax absorption and durability, rewarding riders who keep it maintained with a faster, cleaner glide.
