Pickup point. Packages up to 170 cm can be delivered to a parcel point.
Express shipment. - UPS Express guarantees next business day delivery to all major EU cities. Orders must be placed on business days before 16:00 CE(S)T and delivery only takes place on business days. Next business day delivery can not be guaranteed to ‘remote’ locations like rural areas, ski resorts and islands. For a precise delivery time indication, you can use the UPS Calculator on the UPS website. - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

HOW TO USE
Clean the skins thoroughly: remove dirt, old wax, or ice residue with a soft brush and—if necessary—lukewarm water. Let dry completely.
Lay the skin flat on a clean, dry surface with the fibers (hair) facing up.
Shake the can well before use.
Apply the product evenly: hold a distance of about 20–30 cm and spray a fine mist over the entire surface (or spread it with a cloth if you don't have a spray bottle). Avoid the adhesive edge.
Allow the impregnation to dry completely (about 10–15 minutes, depending on temperature/humidity).
Brush lightly in the direction of the hair growth to restore the fibers and remove excess product.
Remount the skins on your skis and check their performance; repeat the treatment after thorough cleaning or if performance is noticeably reduced.
