Pickup point. Packages up to 170 cm can be delivered to a parcel point.
Express shipment. - UPS Express guarantees next business day delivery to all major EU cities. Orders must be placed on business days before 16:00 CE(S)T and delivery only takes place on business days. Next business day delivery can not be guaranteed to ‘remote’ locations like rural areas, ski resorts and islands. For a precise delivery time indication, you can use the UPS Calculator on the UPS website. - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

The Swix F4 Glidewax 75ml Paste is a versatile wax that ensures optimal performance just before you hit the slopes. Designed for both recreational and competitive skiers and snowboarders, it is easy to apply with the included foam applicator. Simply spread a thin layer over the base, let it dry for approximately 5 minutes, and finish by polishing with Fiberlene T151 or Nylon Brush T166B. At the end of the season, apply F4 to the metal edges before storing your skis or snowboard to prevent rust and keep them in top condition for next season.

HOW TO USE
Prepare the base – Make sure your skis or snowboard are clean and dry. Remove any old wax or dirt.
Apply the wax – Use the included foam applicator to spread a thin, even layer of F4 Paste over the entire base.
Let it dry – Allow the wax to dry for approximately 5 minutes. This ensures proper absorption.
Polish the base – Use Fiberlene T151 cloth or Nylon Brush T166B to polish the base for a smooth, glossy finish.
End-of-season care – Before storing your skis or snowboard, apply a thin layer of F4 Paste to the metal edges to prevent rust and keep them in optimal condition.
