The Rome Service dog has a similiar outline as the Stale Fish, only at a more favourable price. Its poplar core and powerslide base make it a durable board. It's all about those virginal pow days combined with a surfy style and those fun-carves whenever you are ready. Pow rocker, swallowtail, setback and taper, all focused on the white gold. The HotRods in the nose ensures stability at speed. This board is essential in your quiver for a great smile on your way down the mountain.

PROFILE

  • Fusion Camber
    Camber between the feet with rocker in the tip and tail. This ensures agile handling while retaining power and pop. The rocker gives the board's lot of float. Two hot rods in the tail and one in the nose for versatility, response and stability.

  • Directional Diamond 3D
    Designed to increase float in deep snow, improve handling in variable terrain, smooth turn initiation, reduce edge-catch and complement all-mountain riding in all senses. The 3D Diamond is available in Directional and Twin Configurations.

  • Stompcore
    Our most stable and predictable core, built with 100% poplar construction.

REINFORCEMENTS

  • Directional Single Hotrod
    A single HotRod in the board’s nose for stability at speed and overall liveliness.

  • Bamboo Hotrods
    Thin rods of bamboo are milled into the board’s core starting just inside the insert packs and extending into the nose or tail. Bamboo HotRods are very pressable and playful.

  • Triax Glass
    Fiberglass running in three different axes, built for torsional rigidity and added snap.

  • Double Kick
    New for this season, Double Kick is an aggressive, two-part rise in the board’s nose or tail, built for increased pressability and better landings.

BASE

  • Powerslide Base
    A new base material that features improved wax absorption, increased durability and the most bang for your buck.

MOUNTING

  • 2x4
    Provide a wide stance range, while at the same time delivering critical micro adjustability. Not suitable for Burton EST and 3D bindings.
