In detail

PROFILE

  • Contact Rocker
    A flat profile overall with a rockered nose. Flat provides the steady stability and while the rockered provides effortless float demanded by deep days and surfy terrain. Added is a single HotRod in the board’s nose for stability at speed and overall liveliness.

CORE

  • Superpop Core
    Our lightest and most responsive core, built with alternating strips of 10mm strips of poplar and 20mm strips of paulownia.

REINFORCEMENTS

  • Twin Double-V Hotrods
    V-shaped HotRods in the board’s nose and tail; next level snap and pop.

  • Carbon Hotrods
    Thin rods of carbon that are milled into the boards core starting at the insert pack and extending into the nose and/or tail. Carbon HotRods are super responsive and powerfully snappy.

  • Biax Glass
    Fiberglass with two different axes, built to be torsionally more playful and pressable.

  • Flax Impact Plates
    Built to cover and reinforce the insert pack. Flax Impact Plates are designed to make boards more durable, absorb impact and add increased strength without changing the board’s flex pattern.

 

BASE

  • Sinterstrong Base
    The new go-to, this hardworking base is easy to fix with great wax retention. A low maintenance daily driver for riders of all ability levels.

MOUNTING

  • 2x4
    Provide a wide stance range, while at the same time delivering critical micro adjustability. Not suitable for Burton EST and 3D bindings.
