PERFORMANCE

The FullWrap Baseplate is made of reinforced nylon with 30% fibreglass and bends around the foot for an extra direct feel.
The binding combines stiffness with feel. With its Asym FlexChannel highback it's very comfortable despite its stiffness and still retains its natural flex.
Rome's highbacks and baseplates are made of up a variety of combined materials. These composites are all designed to flex differently and provide different levels of response and tweakability.

COMFORT

The UltraFlex Pro ankle straps revolutionize the legendary AuxTech® strap family with their unique design. Unlike traditional closed-edge straps, the UltraFlex Pro features an open 3D auxetic edge. This groundbreaking feature allows the strap to stretch and expand when tightened, ensuring an even distribution of pressure on the boot. To enhance its performance, the material is expertly overmolded onto a Hytrel® spine, creating a supportive backbone for the strap. The result is a dynamically powerful strap that offers both hyper-reactivity and plush comfort.

The binding is equipped with A game changing strap built with the legendary hold of AuxTech, this one-piece design provides next level locked-in hold and undefeated comfort. The ProGrip Toe Straps are very stretchable and cover your boot in an unprecedented way. The open structure and geometric figures evenly distribute the pressure on your boot, ensuring a good grip. The strap is made out of a single piece, which makes it very durable.

USE

The binding is equipped with a PivotMount Max, a metal spindle that pulls the ankle strap according to the boot shape and the tension on the strap. The higher the strap, the more responsiveness; the lower it is, the more feeling and movement it provides.
The highback can be rotated and canted.
Highback Canting is built so that riders can adjust the angle of their highback to mirror the angle of their lower leg for increased connection and stability.
The baseplate can be shifted, and the disc allows a large range.

Rome's BombProof Buckles are a one-piece forged aluminum construction for better grip and durability. Built with wider stance teeth area for more engagement, this makes for easier ratcheting and increased protection from wear and tear to your ladder straps.

Rome's bindings feature FastEntry Technology for super quick and easy entry into the binding. The pre-curved ladder on the ankle and toe straps are designed to pop open and help keep the straps out of your way while getting your boot into the binding. Strap in faster and easier thanks to FastEntry!

This binding is equipped with a 4x4 disc by default and is compatible with all standard insert patterns (as well as the Burton channel).
