The Rome Boneless is back and better than ever. The Boneless is a new take on freestyle-flexing, all-mountain versatility. With a medium-to-playful flex profile and Twin Diamond 3D to handle any conditions, the Boneless is equally at home lapping the park or getting weird in the trees.

PROFILE

  • Fusion Camber
    Camber between the feet with rocker in the tip and tail. This ensures agile handling while retaining power and pop. The rocker gives the board's lot of float. Two hot rods in the tail and one in the nose for versatility, response and stability.

  • Double Kick
    New for this season, Double Kick is an aggressive, two-part rise in the board’s nose or tail, built for increased pressability and better landings.

CORE

  • Stompcore
    Our most stable and predictable core, built with 100% poplar construction.

TOPSHEET

  • Twin Single Hotrod
    A single HotRod in the board’s nose and tail; pressable yet poppy.

  • Bamboo Hotrods
    Thin rods of bamboo are milled into the board’s core starting just inside the insert packs and extending into the nose or tail. Bamboo HotRods are very pressable and playful.

  • Omega Construction
    Omegas are the next generation of responsive, ride-anything tech. Made of carbon, the Omegas act as housing built around the HotRods and are designed to provide additional power and responsiveness.

 

  • Biax Glass
    Fiberglass with two different axes, built to be torsionally more playful and pressable.

  • Flax Impact Plates
    Rome overhauled their industry leading Impact Plates. Now with a full woven flax construction and a new shape that covers and reinforces the insert pack. Flax Impact Plates are designed to make boards more durable. Flax Impact Plates help absorb impact and add increased strength without changing the board’s flex pattern.

 

  • Directional Diamond 3D
    Designed to increase float in deep snow, improve handling in variable terrain, smooth turn initiation, reduce edge-catch and complement all-mountain riding in all senses. The 3D Diamond is available in Directional and Twin Configurations.

BASE

  • Sinterstrong Base
    The new go-to, this hardworking base is easy to fix with great wax retention. A low maintenance daily driver for riders of all ability levels.

MOUNTING

  • 2x4
    Provide a wide stance range, while at the same time delivering critical micro adjustability. Not suitable for Burton EST and 3D bindings.
