Engineered for the most aggressive days, the K2 Thraxis boot is truly responsive and customizable. It is supportive and has a stiff flex. This will keep you riding whether it's in the resorts or deep in the backcountry. Three separate BOA® reels control three different zones on the boot to dial in a precise fit, and the new Endo™ 2.0 construction helps to retain the original boot flex for daily riding durability. When the terrain demands your full attention, the Thraxis helps you stay laser focused and ready to drop.

PERFORMANCE

Vibram® V5 Outsole features a full EcoStep rubber and Harshmellow™ pods under the toe and heel to reduce noise underfoot.
Abrasion resistant reinforced outsole rubber is placed in areas of high stress to extend the life of the boot and increase durability.
Harshmellow™ is a magical dampening system that replaces industry standard foam dampening materials. Harshmellow™ dampens the specific target vibration for each product and works to create the smoothest ride imaginable.

COMFORT

The Intuition Pro Foam 3D is one of the most supportive liners, featuring a high-density Intuition® foam for added support without sacrificing comfort. This liner features both internal and external J-Bars around the ankles, where extra support is needed.
The Spaceheater footbed is warm and comfortable. By adding a reflective SpaceHeater™ material to the footbed on K2 boots, they are helping to trap heat inside the shell.
The boot has a BOA Fit system with two coils that allows the upper and lower zones of the shoe to be tightened separately. Well adjustable to your preference and foot shape.
With functionality and sustainability in mind, K2 coffee mesh is made from recycled post consumer coffee grounds that is combined with post consumer recycled polyester. This mesh enhances odor control and moisture management of standard lining mesh and is made from 95% recycled material with no added chemicals.

USE

The boot has a BOA Fit system for both the inner and outer shoe. This is the quickest and easiest adjustment on the market for a snowboard boot. This system has an even tension over the entire foot.
Performance Last is based around a D Last through the forefoot with a more performance-focused heel pocket, and also features 11° of forward lean.
