The Peregrine 72 + Rmotion3 12 GW is designed for ambitious, performance-oriented skiers who like to ski fast with different turn radius. Suitable for intermediate to advanced skiers, this ski excels in both soft and hard snow. With its lightweight construction and fast edge changes, this is an ideal ski for those looking for a great all-mountain experience.
In detail
Camber The ski has a traditional pre-tensioning over almost its entire length. This shape makes it easy to build up pressure in the turns, creating good edge grip. Nowadays, nearly all Camber skis also have some sort of rocker in the tip to improve turn initiation.
Multilayer Woods Core A combination of lighter, softer polar and heavier, stronger beech wood provides a combination between light weight, strength, durability and damping.
3D Glass Three-dimensionally molded fiberglass layers are integrated into the tip and tail area of the ski. Compared to traditional glass constructions, this structure improves edge grip and enhances rebound through the turn. The layered design increases power transmission directly to the edge while maintaining stability in demanding snow conditions. The result is a ski that feels more precise, agile, and responsive, particularly on firmer or icy surfaces.
Sidewall Construction A PU layer that seals the layered ski construction on the side and adds strength. Skis with a sidewall construction are generally more stable at speed, livelier and more durable.
Titanal Frame The Titanal Frame is a combination of Titanal layers, providing excellent control and damping. The Frame consists of a Titanal plate for the mounting platform, the actual frame for excellent pressure distribution on the edges, and the carbon tips that are strong, light and damped.
Tailored Carbon Tips Carbon fibers are precisely positioned in the tip area to control stiffness and torsion. This targeted reinforcement improves tip response and enhances precision when initiating turns. The lightweight construction keeps the ski agile while allowing energy to build up quickly through the front of the ski. The result is a more direct and responsive feel with less effort required to engage the shovel.
