Extra delivery options

• Pickup point. Packages up to 170 cm can be delivered to a parcel point.
• Express shipment.
  - UPS Express guarantees next business day delivery to all major EU cities. Orders must be placed on business days before 16:00 CE(S)T and delivery only takes place on business days.
  Next business day delivery can not be guaranteed to ‘remote’ locations like rural areas, ski resorts and islands. For a precise delivery time indication, you can use the UPS Calculator on the UPS website.
  - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
  
  

* The fine print

• For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
• If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. Are you in a hurry? Please contact us!
• If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
• There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.
