Quick overview

The K2 Reckoner 124 is a powerhouse freeride-freestyle ski designed for skiers who crave deep powder and big mountain lines. With a substantial 124mm width underfoot, this ski is built to float effortlessly through the deepest snow, making it perfect for those epic powder days. The twin-tip design allows for smooth switch skiing and adds a playful element to your ride, while the ski's generous rocker profile enhances manoeuvrability in soft snow. The Reckoner 124's energetic flex provides a lively, responsive feel, making it ideal for skiers who love freeride adventures. If you're looking to charge hard in the backcountry or at the resort, the K2 Reckoner 124 is your ticket to an exhilarating ride.

Details

Rocker Camber Rocker
The ski is easy to turn thanks to a rise in both the tip and the tail. Due to the camber under the foot, the waist of the ski provides grip on harder snow. Skis with this type of profile like to be skied from a more centred stance..

Woodcore
The core consists of specifically selected wood types that are laminated in different compositions into a solid core. This gives the designers control over all the characteristics of the ski.

Spectral Braid Reckoner

K2’s Spectral Braid makes another appearance in the K2 Reckoner collection. In this iteration, the tighter fiber angles are found in the midbody of the ski, with more open angles in the tip and tail. This allows for more playfulness and forgiveness in the ski's extremities while maintaining a stable and powerful feel underfoot.

Triaxial Braid
The Triaxial Braid is a process that interlocks strands of fiberglass around a milled core for torsional strength while retaining the flex patterns inherent to a wood core ski.

Carbon Boost

Longitudinal carbon stringers laid on top of the core for added pop and rebound.
