The Sequoia is a versatile, all-mountain binding designed specifically for women. We’ve taken our proprietary System X Baseplate and adapted it into a smaller and more forgiving binding that prioritizes comfort and board control. The Sequoia features a re-designed highback, all new dual-injected ankle strap and lighter, stronger hardware.

In detail

PERFORMANCE

System X is a baseplate design that more efficiently transfers and evenly distributes a rider’s energy into their snowboard. No matter where pressure is applied to the binding, the System X allocates energy across the baseplate’s structural X shape, and out to the four cardinal points. The result is quicker, more effective control.
  • Adjustable Aluminum Heelcup
    An adjustable aluminum heelcup lets you fine-tune boot positioning in the binding for a more centered fit and reliable power transfer.
The binding features a asymmetrical highbacks with 5º pre-rotation for ergonomic feel and freedom of movement.

  • Baseplate: System X baseplate with 15% fiberglass content

COMFORT

  • BioStrap
    A plant-based BioStrap replaces petroleum-based plastics with a sustainable, high-performance alternative.
All Arbor bindings feature a flexible, comfortable, and secure fit on or over the toe of any boot.
  • Bow Strap Adjuster
    A pre-curved strap adjuster makes stepping in and out of the binding easier and more natural.
The Outsole is a dampening interface made from a special TPE Rubber. The Outsole integrates with the System X design, and sits between the binding and a rider’s snowboard. The Outsole diffuses high–frequency chatter while providing rebound and cushion for high–impact landings.

USE

  • Cast Aluminum Buckles & Levers
    Cast aluminum buckles and levers are built for long-term durability and reliable tightening.
This binding is equipped with a 4x4 disc by default and is compatible with all standard insert patterns (as well as the Burton channel).
