    - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
  • If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break.   • If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
  • There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

Quick overview

The Slash Portal features a Backseat Camrock camber profile and set back shape to let you steer from the rear and plow through fresh snow. This board is part of a trinity called: Freeride Quiver Line. They all have larger noses for ample float and their subtle rocker from the front binding forward makes it easy to keep the tips up. Their tail’s mild swallowtail shape and slight rocker naturally sinks for an easier, more balanced riding position in steep and deep terrain.

PROFILE

  • Backseat Camrock
    The backseat camrock design places rocker in the nose and a slight amount in the tail with positive camber in between. This setback design delivers camber stability and control between the feet and in the tail, with the added float and maneuverability of the rockered nose.

  • Kickstand
    Slash their identity shape saves material and weight and also stands up without tipping over like rounded boards do!

  • Float Inserts
    An extra set of float inserts with heavy setback for the extreme powder days.

  • Singular Sidecut
    A predictable and powerful sidecut with a single radius that makes for consistent turns. It’s ideal for intermediate and advanced riders who already know how to carve a turn, like to ride fast, and desire strong edge hold.

CORE

  • Lightweight Woodcore
    Crafted with light density paulownia and bamboo stringers for superior strength and minimal heft, then strengthened with ash along the inserts for power transfer and along the sidewalls for better on-edge stability, this is the lightest, most complex core that Slash creates.

REINFORCEMENTS

  • Tri-ax
    Tri-ax fiberglass is a three-way weave of fiberglass with strands running at 45-degree angles. It provides superior pop, consistent torsional flex, and more overall response.

  • Carbonbon
    Pure carbon fiber slabs placed in a cross pattern under the inserts between the base and the core to enhance responsiveness, pop, torsional stiffness and amplify foot movement.

BASE

  • Sintered HD Base 7500
    The fastest and hardest sintered base from Slash. It provides the most impact resistant surface available and its highdensity molecular structure holds wax longer for sustained speeds.

 

  • Diamond Stone Finish
    Slash adds a slight diamond-structured stone grind to the base to maximize glide and optimize durability. It eliminates the slow, suction cup feel that comes with one dimensional base finishes.

  • Factory Wax
    All Slash boards are factory waxed with OneBallJay wax and ready to shred straight out of the wrapper.

SIDEWALL & EDGES

  • Edges
    Slash builds their edges with 35% more steel content than average. They are simply stronger and more durable than the alternative.
