In short

Ride has revamped its bindings. Four years were spent working on a new series, and that definitely paid off. This is their second year on the market and they are already making quite a name for themselves. A no-nonsense binding; nothing more, nothing less. The A-series Aluminium Chassis gives the binding a reactive flex and good power transfer. The Slimback Highback has a forward-leaning adjustment and gives the urethane maximum lateral freedom of movement. This binding can be taken anywhere and will not let you down.

PERFORMANCE

  • A-Series Aluminum Chassis
    The baseplate extends under the footbed for direct power transfer, while the aluminum construction keeps the binding precise, lightweight and durable.
    • The Slimeback Highback is responsive and absorbs shocks and damps vibrations.

    COMFORT

    Ride has ensured that all the comfort needs are met. They have done this with the A-series Die-cut Basepad. A one-piece construction that provides additional damping.
    • Canted Footbed
      A 2.5 degree canted footbed places your legs in a more natural position for better alignment, comfort and control.
    • Two-Piece Ankle Strap
      The Two-Piece Ankle Strap uses two types of plastic: a more rigid section for response and a urethane section for comfort and secure boot hold.
    The Minimalist Toe Strap is designed to offer maximum performance and durability with minimum weight aan distraction.

    USE

    The Forward Lean Adjuster on your highback is easy to adjust with a single motion. It is lightweight due to its slim design.
    • Plastic Disc
      The Plastic Disc provides reliable mounting compatibility and can be used on standard snowboard insert systems as well as the Burton Channel.
    • Linkage Ratchets
      Linkage Ratchets are built for durability and help reduce wear on the ladders, keeping strap adjustments smooth and reliable.
