The Norrøna Lyngen Aero 80 Insulated Zip Hood M is a partially insulated windshell. This lightweight and partly insulated windbreaker (232g M/L, 200g W/M) is made for ski touring and works great for all kinds of outdoor activities.
Norrøna use the aero80 fabric because it provides an excellent combination of low weight, breathability, and great wind protection. For insulation they use a Primaloft Silver because it offers a market-leading warmth-to-weight ratio. To ensure maximum performance, Norrøna mapped out different key areas of the upper body and used this to place extra insulation where it’s needed.
Key features include: 2 large zipper chest pockets big enough to accommodate skins, a helmet compatible hood with snap to keep it in place when rolled down, an extra front snap for semi-closure, one hand hem adjustment. This jacket has a technical fit with articulated elbows.
