Pickup point. Packages up to 170 cm can be delivered to a parcel point.
Express shipment. - UPS Express guarantees next business day delivery to all major EU cities. Orders must be placed on business days before 16:00 CE(S)T and delivery only takes place on business days. Next business day delivery can not be guaranteed to ‘remote’ locations like rural areas, ski resorts and islands. For a precise delivery time indication, you can use the UPS Calculator on the UPS website. - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. Are you in a hurry? Please contact us!
If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

The Norrøna Falketind Alpha 90 Insulated Zip Hood M is a wind resistant and breathable hybrid insulation midlayer. This breathable insulation jacket (352g M/L) is made for mountaineering with a mid to high-intensity level. It works great for trail running, ski touring and all kinds of outdoor activities where breathability and warmth when moving is needed.
Norrøna use a light nylon stretch as the face fabric because it provides good breathability and wind protection. A Polartec® Alpha® insulation because it is a breathable insulation and do not need a lining on the inside. In the hood, part of the sleeve and sides Norrøna use Polartec® Power Grid fleece because of its stretch, warmth to weight and durability. Key features include: One chest pocket, two hand pockets, a close fitting hood, hand gaiters. This mid layer has a technical fit.
