Pickup point. Packages up to 170 cm can be delivered to a parcel point.
Express shipment. - UPS Express guarantees next business day delivery to all major EU cities. Orders must be placed on business days before 16:00 CE(S)T and delivery only takes place on business days. Next business day delivery can not be guaranteed to ‘remote’ locations like rural areas, ski resorts and islands. For a precise delivery time indication, you can use the UPS Calculator on the UPS website. - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. Are you in a hurry? Please contact us!
If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

To reinforce that aspect, the Lowa Renegade EVO GTX Mid Ws women's boot has been enhanced with a few specific details. For example, the upper has been designed with extra comfort in mind: the inside of the forefoot is made entirely of one piece. With no unnecessary seams, the nubuck leather used there can adapt flexibly to the individual shape of the foot bones. This prevents friction and spares the joint of the big toe. This is also helped by the two-zone lacing, which can be adjusted to individual needs even more easily thanks to redesigned clip hooks. The waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex membrane provides even more comfort.
Moreover, the new Renegade Evo has a redesigned sole. The directly moulded midsole consists of two cushioning parts. The first part consists of LOWA® DynaPU® and the second part is a firmer part that together with the Cross Over Frame provides optimal support. The new Vibram Rene Trac® outsole ensures good grip.
