Elan's Primetime series continues the carving revolution that Elan started in the mid-1990s by taking the fun of carving on groomed slopes to the next level. The Primetime uses a revolutionary combination of a Dual Density woodcore and Amphibio technology. The Elan Primetime N°2 W is made for cruising over the whole mountain. With a wider platform underfoot, the N°2 is stable and more forgiving. The Primetime N°2 W is perfect for the intermediate to advanced skier, looking for a ski to go down in style.
In detail
Camber
The ski has a traditional pre-tensioning over almost its entire length. This shape makes it easy to build up pressure in the turns, creating good edge grip. Nowadays, nearly all Camber skis also have some sort of rocker in the tip to improve turn initiation.
Dual Density Woodcore
The Elan Primetime uses a revolutionary new technology. The inside (big toe side) of the ski is thicker and is made with a higher density wood than the outside (small toe side) of the ski. This gives the ski a different flex line than any other ski. This design provides much more grip and steering ability than any other piste ski.
Amphibio 4D Technology 
The Amphibio profile is a revolutionary ski design that integrates both rocker and camber profiles into dedicated left and right skis. Amphibio skis feature a cambered inside edge assuring precision, edge grip, and stability while a rockered outside edge provides forgiveness, turning ease and smooth transitions.
