The Drake Radar, best of both worlds. The lightweight baseplate with a lot of power transmission of the Podium and the freestyle carbon composite highback of the SuperSport. This binding is stiff and playful at the same time. Designed for powder hounds and park junkies alike who want a binding that punches back but without compromising any tweakability. And that with a color combination that you will only find at Drake.

In detail

PERFORMANCE

The Biomap Composite Carbon highback is an asymmetrical Drake highback, designed to stabilise your leg in your binding for maximum power transfer. The carbon in the highback ensures maximum responsiveness and turns at speed.
The Omnicron Light baseplate is an improvement on its predecessor and Drake's most responsive baseplate. The weight-responsiveness ratio has been improved and optimised to create the best baseplate.

COMFORT

There is a Grandmaster Strap on this binding, this is the most luxury Drake strap. The strap is designed to have the best transmission from ankle to binding, without compromising on comfort. No pressure points or pinching.

Drake gave the toe strap a revamp. The toe wrap strap is made with a double TPU injection which is the same material that is used in skate wheels. This gives the strap way more comfort and a better grip.

The Natural Cant footbed is canted for a more natural stance on your board and contains the Rebound heel absorber for shock absorption in your binding.
The Eazy-Entry system's mechanical component in the connector strap keeps the strap in place so you can easily position your foot in the baseplate and tighten it.

USE

The only disc in the market that allows you to mount on 3 & 4-hole patterns, and channel boards using only 2 screws. Designed to enhance the board’s natural feel and provide a secure mount at the same time. Updated with the Transition Kit, it allows you to mount the Drake bindings on the 2011 Channel.

Drake's MG12 buckles are also on this binding. These fast, efficient buckles are hard-wearing and easily paired with the ratchets so you can easily step in and out of them.
The highback is fitted with an adjuster where you can place the highback at a more aggressive angle.
