The Yes Pick Your Line with it's Tapered UnderBite delivers the directional drive and float of a tapered board without compromising edge hold or the ability to power out of turns. The PYL does all this in a more traditional width/length board. In detail
PROFILE
- Directional CamRock
A hybrid rocker / camber shape with camber between the feet, and rocker in the nose and tail. The rocker in the nose and tail gives more float and manoeuvrability in powder snow, while the camber provides grip and response.
CORE
- Poplar_Paulownia
The upgraded version of the known Full Poplar core, the poplar paulownia core is lighter because of the addition of the paulownia strips in the core and retains it's durability.
REINFORCEMENTS
- Triax
A snowboard often has two layers of fiberglass. A bottom and top layer. Both layers in this board are made of 3-dimensional fiberglass at a 45-degree angle. 3-dimensional fiberglass provides good torsional rigidity. This provides stability and response and is often used in boards for the more experienced rider.
BASE
- Sintered True Base
A proper sintered base built for speed, wax absorption and durability, rewarding riders who keep it maintained with a faster, cleaner glide.
SIDEWALL & EDGES
- Tapered UnderBites
UnderBite shaping is combined with taper, giving the board more edge hold through the middle and better float from the wider nose.
OTHERS
- Forever Flex
Forever Flex is the 'breaking' of the board. By bending the board before use, it is as if you have already ridden the board for a number of days. As a result, the flex of the board in your hands will remain stable and will change less with use.
