  • For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
  • If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break.   • If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.

Quick overview

The outline and name of the Weston Japow Split scream for only one thing: 'Let it Puke outhere!' Its shape is based on the yearly Weston pilgrimage to Japan. Suited for the deepest snow on earth. Cause of its pow-rockered nose and a medium flex it will keep you afloat while weaving through trees. It will  handle those surf-inspired carves on the groomers because of its carbon stringers in the tail. Lifts closed, no problem.

  • Camber-Pow Rocker Nose
    A large section of reverse camber in the nose gives unparalleled float while a mellow camber under the inserts continues to provide stability and pop in and out of turns.

  • Swallowtail
    The tail on this board will help you swim through powder like a fish in the sea. All that, while maintaining durability as each tail is structurally reinforced with carbon.

CORE

  • Split Slayer Wood Core
    This is a bamboo/poplar core used in most of the splitboards in Westons line. Designed to be energetic and damp.

REINFORCEMENTS

  • Carbon Tail V
    Carbon fiber runs from the tail inserts to the tail contact points. This adds edge to edge response and spring in the tail.

  • Tri-axe Glass
    Multi-axis, stitched fiberglass laminate. This laminate offers a precise and responsive ride in any ­terrain or snow conditions.

BASE

  • Sintered 4001
    Fast ride, more durable, good wax retention.

 

TOPSHEET

  • Rugged Topsheet
    Polymide is eco friendly and made from castor beans. The topsheet is durable and resistant to scratches and scuffs.

    Highly durable sidewall that protects core from impact and increases torsional stability.

SPLITBOARD TECH
