    - UPS Express guarantees next business day delivery to all major EU cities. Orders must be placed on business days before 16:00 CE(S)T and delivery only takes place on business days.
    Next business day delivery can not be guaranteed to ‘remote’ locations like rural areas, ski resorts and islands. For a precise delivery time indication, you can use the UPS Calculator on the UPS website.
    - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
  • If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. Are you in a hurry? Please contact us!
  • If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
  • There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

After more than four years of development, PIEPS presents a new groundbreaking avalanche transceiver that heralds a new era: The PIEPS PRO IPS with an 80m search strip width and industry leading send and search performance thanks to its INTERFERENCE PROTECTION SYSTEM and its DUAL ANTENNA SIGNAL PROCESSING technology.

INTERFERENCE PROTECTION SYSTEM (IPS)
This unique technology compensates for the influence of electronic and metallic interferences on the transmitter by analyzing and adapting to the interfering signals. Thus, in send mode, the PIEPS PRO IPS maintains maximum transmission power, unaffected by interfering signals.’

Therefore, when burried due to an avalanche, users of the PIEPS PRO IPS no longer have to worry about interference from personal objects that could minimize the transmission power in send mode.

Electronic products can cause different types of interference. The IPS system is able to compensate for a large part, but due to their diversity, we cannot exclude all sources of interference. Therefore, we still recommend to keep a minimum distance of 20 cm in send mode and 50 cm in search mode to possible sources of interference.

DUAL ANTENNA SIGNAL PROCESSING
The already leading signal tracking quality of PIEPS has been further enhanced with the PIEPS PRO IPS. Thanks to DUAL ANTENNA SIGNAL PROCESSING, simultaneous signal processing is performed on the X and Y antennas. This ensures even more precise localization of the transmitted signal, effective elimination of ghost signals and a very high, true range. This gives the user an extremely reliable and stable direction indication from the very first signal.
