In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. The latest addition to the 'Natured shape' series from Nidecker. The Nidecker Gamma APX is ideal for enhanced, all-terrain riding and freestyling. The asymmetrical edge may look unusual but helps riders distribute their weight more evenly, which results in more more fluent carving control. The Gamma APX also comes with a N-9000 base for increased gliding ability, carbon stringers for more pop and reactivity, and a positive camber to ensure your ready for everything thrown your way. Made for park, pillow lines, and everything in between.

  • Positive Camber
    Positive camber is the bedrock for performance snowboards, its extra grip and powerful response have made it the default choice for riders looking for optimum carving performance. The secret to the advanced camber is the addition of 8 to 10 cm flat transitions at the contact points, delivering the ultimate in precision, edge hold and stability.

CORE

  • Light Core
    The lightest core Nidecker has to offer featuring different wood types. The light core is a perfect combination of paulownia for lightness, poplar for pop and responsiveness, and hardwood beech stringers along the edges to increase core durability, pop and protection from edge impacts.

REINFORCEMENTS

  • Biax Plus
    Biax Plus retains the properties of Nidecker's tried and tested 90° biaxial fiberglass weave but they use more glass to enhance power transfer. It’s is is uncompromising in it’s response and energy return, and loved and coveted by riders searching for a good blend of stiff & damp wherever they rip.

  • Pop Carbon Plus
    Strategic placement of carbon fiber from the tail to the rear inserts, and from the nose to the front inserts, results in a more reactive board, with increased pop and stiffness. It's vibration dampening qualities make it ideal for more aggressive riding in all conditions.

 

  • Nidactive Sandwich
    This new construction puts Nidecker's experience and expertise to the test during research and development as well as production. The precision required to assemble the different material layers is measured in tenths of millimeters. Nidecker uses a cap construction for the nose and tail, while the riding section features a 2mm sidewall with a machine-rounded core to obtain optimum fluid flow properties and power transfer to the rails. This innovative, cutting-edge construction represents the logical evolution of the existing NIDACTIVE Construction they use to build the boards in our Snow.Surf quiver.

BASE

  • N-9000 Base
    Produced with carbon nanoparticles, the n-9000 has a very dense molecular structure, which makes it Nideckers fastest, most durable base material.

TOPSHEET

  • Absorbnid
    Absorbenid is an innovative top layer designed to absorb unwanted vibrations. This allows Nidecker to develop responsive, dynamic boards that still give you a smooth and fatigue free ride.

SIDEWALL & EDGES
