How to choose the right ski length

First of all there is no golden rule to determine the correct ski length. It depends on your skiing abilities, weigth, length and type of ski. But as a rule of thumb we provide the table below which is a good starting point to find your correct length
Example: If you start getting in to freeriding, take a ski which is approximately 5 cm shorter then your own length.

Quick overview

With the Blade Optic collection Line is stepping up their directional freeride game. Pulling notes from their successful Vision and Blade models these skis are made to perform on the firmest corduroy to the deepest pow. The Blade Optic 104 is the most versatile of the bunch and is equally at home charging big mountain laps as it is on early morning groomers. Kick it into top gear and experience a stable confidence-inspiring ski with the playful line DNA.

Details

Rocker Camber Rocker
The ski is easy to turn thanks to a rise in both the tip and the tail. Due to the camber under the foot, the waist of the ski provides grip on harder snow. Skis with this type of profile like to be skied from a more centred stance..

Woodcore
The core consists of specifically selected wood types that are laminated in different compositions into a solid core. This gives the designers control over all the characteristics of the ski.

Directional Shape
The tip in this ski is softer than the tail. This makes it easy to turn, while the stiffer tail provides stability and control when steering the turn.

Cap construction

A ski with Cap construction has a topsheet that extends over the edge of the ski to the steel edge. Skis with Cap construction are generally lightweight, more economical and offer good damage protection of the topsheet.

Multi Radius Sidecut
The Multi radius Sidecut makes for an all-around versatile ski. The radius is between that of a Giant Slalom and Slalom ski and allows you to ski both short and long turns with the same ski.
