The K2 Mindbender 108 TI is a freeride ski suitable for a wide range of conditions. Float in deep powder, cruise with speed through chopped snow and it even lets you carve. This versatility and high performance are achieved through a combination of shape, rockers and a Titanal Y-shaped plate in the core. Blast all over the mountain and cruise in all snow conditions with the K2 Mindbender 108 Ti.
Rocker Camber Small Rise
Skis with a rocker in the tip, camber in the middle and a small rise in the tail are very versatile. The ski is easy to turn, and the camber under the foot gives the ski grip on harder snow. The tail is slightly raised, but it is not a like full rocker. This makes for a balanced combination of easy turning and carving, without compromising on stability.
Directional Shape The tip in this ski is softer than the tail. This makes it easy to turn, while the stiffer tail provides stability and control when steering the turn.
Woodcore The core consists of specifically selected wood types that are laminated in different compositions into a solid core. This gives the designers control over all the characteristics of the ski.
Titanal Y-BeamThe new Titanal Y-Beam has an optimized shape. By placing Titanal directly over the edges in the forebody of the ski it feels powerful and gives consistent turn entry in variable and off-piste conditions. Underfoot, the Titanal spans the full width of the ski for maximum power transfer and control. In the tail, the Titanal narrows, tapering to allow the ski to break free on the back end of the turn while still remaining supportive.
Sidewall construction A PU layer that seals the layered ski construction on the side and adds strength. Skis with a sidewall construction are generally more stable at speed, livelier and more durable.
