  • For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
  • If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break.   • If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
  • There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

Also recommended to use ahead of reproofing your down. Comes in a 100% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) bottle, meaning you're helping to protect the world we all love to explore. With the concentrated formula, all you need is half a cap (25ml), regardless of whether it's soft or hard water, to restore your gear to a like-new appearance.

Normal detergents shouldn’t be used on down articles as they can hinder performance by leaving various chemical residues behind and reducing the garment’s ability to insulate or repel water. Grangers Down Wash has been formulated to thoroughly clean down items without damaging the delicate material within. It performs the same in hard and soft water and is ideal when used prior to a fresh waterproofing treatment like Grangers' Down Repel and in order to aid the drying process, recommended is using dryer balls and checking periodically throughout the drying cycle.
