Built to the standard of the well-known 'Camel Toe', the Bataleon Camel 2 has a Pow 3BT and a small swallowtail that makes it easy to glide through the powder. Thanks to the medium camber and the Hyper Glide S base, this board is an easy pick when you want to go on-piste.

PROFILE

  • Pow TBT
    Pow 3BT™ features a narrow center base and maximum uplift with SideKick™ in the nose. The emphasis is on float, with an oversized nose that also offers excellent stability in rough conditions. Nothing beats these boards in deep snow, though make no mistake, they hold their own on hardpack too.

CORE

  • Light Core
    50/50 Swiss paulownia and poplar creates a balanced core that’s lively yet strong.

REINFORCEMENTS

  • Carbon Stringers
    Carbon stringers are positioned in the board in different ways. This results in a stiffer board with more pop and responsiveness. Carbon stringers are light and will significantly improve the performance of your board.
  • D.S.T
    The board has two hollow carbon tubes placed near the core. This ensures a better pop in the board and gives the camber a more snappy feel.

TOPSHEET

  • Biax Glassing
    The traditional Bataleon laminate, made of two layers of fibreglass. Biax Laminate gives a snappy feel without adding torsional stiffness.

BASE

  • Hyper Glide S
    This is Bataleon's standard sintered base, made to take a beating and go fast.
  • Flip Flop
    Like other brands, Bataleon also works with Flip Flop. Flip Flop means that the boards are supplied with two or more base colours so as to be environmentally conscious.

SIDEWALL

  • ABS (recycled) Sidewall
    Provides enhanced durability while keeping the core safe from moisture. When a plastic alternative is unavailable, as in the case of ABS sidewalls, Bataleon has chosen for recycled material to improve the sustainability of their products.
